Terms and conditions of payment

1. Customers can apply for withdrawal through Customer or fill in the "Withdrawal Transfer applications form.

2. The deadline for withdrawal applications is before 4:00 pm on each working day.

3. The company will convert exchange according to the bank daily rates (if applicable).

4. After the withdrawal is approved, it will be deposited into the bounded customer opening account. If the customer needs to change the receiving account. Please fill out the "Personal Information Change" form separately before applying for withdrawal.

5. The company does not accept cash withdrawals or deposits to third-party accounts.

6. The company needs to charge customer’s a servicing fee in the following situations:

• Withdrawal less than Fifty US dollars (or equivalent), Five US dollars (or equivalent) need to be deducted from the withdrawal amount as a service fee.
• If the transaction volume after the customer's capital injection does not meet the requirements*, if a third-party payment system is used, 3% of the relevant deposit amount shall be deducted from the withdrawal amount as a handling fee. If no third-party payment system is used, the 3% handling fee will not be deducted. (The handling fee is charged by the third-party payment system and will be adjusted at any time, which is not determined or controlled by the company)

(For example, a client who deposits 1,000 US dollars and needs to trade 1 standard lot. Or else, suspicion such as money laundry Act would arise. Reference)

條款及細則

百麗貴金屬只接受客戶使用本人銀行帳戶入金。所有客戶的取款都必須入帳至於公司綁定的客戶本人銀行帳戶。為確保每筆款項的安全性，百麗貴金屬保留核實和拒絕客戶使用第三方戶口入款的權利。若客戶使用非本人的第三方戶口入款，百麗貴金屬有權扣手續費作為運營費用後將餘額退回入款銀行帳戶，並酌情向監督機構報告。

• 公司暫不支持信用卡入金，若客人使用信用卡支付導致入金不成功或其他直接/間接損失，公司不承擔任何責任。

• 本公司將於核實確認收到客戶之注資資金後為客戶辦理注資。

• 如客戶通過銀行匯款方式注資而產生的手續費用均由客戶本人承擔。

• 百麗貴金屬保留對於注資及取款手續費的所有解釋權和決定權。

出金條款及細則

1.客戶可透過用戶中心或填寫「提款及內部轉帳單」表格申請取款。

2.取款申請的截止時間為每個工作天下午四時正前。

3.本公司將按照協議匯率進行換算(如適用)。

4.取款經審批後將會存入客戶開戶時所綁定的帳戶，如客戶需要更改收款帳戶，請於申請取款前另行填寫「個人資料更改」表格。

5.本公司不接受現金提款及存款到第三者帳戶。

6.本公司在以下情況需向客戶收取手續費：

• 取款低於50美元(或等值)，需從取款金額中扣除5美元(或等值)作為服務費。
• 客戶注資後之交易量未達要求*，如使用第三方支付系統的，需從取款金額中扣除相關注資金額的3%作為手續費。如沒有使用第三方支付系統的，將不會扣除3%的手續費。（手續費是第三方支付系統收取，隨時會進行調整，這些非本公司可以決定或掌控） *例如客戶入金1,000美金，需交易夠1 標準手數。
